The service
Honorable provides a script that renders a text bar on your site, a dashboard to control it, an exchange where members mention each other, and sponsored mentions sold to advertisers. We may change or stop the service; we will tell you first when we can.
Your lines
You own what you write. You grant us the right to display it inside the bar on your site and, if you join the exchange, on other members’ sites. Lines must be lawful, honest, and safe for a general audience. We review every mention and sponsored line and may decline any of them without giving a reason.
The exchange
Mentions are reciprocal and best-effort. We do not promise a number of impressions. You can leave any time. Attempting to inflate counts (bots, hidden bars, self-clicking) ends your participation.
Sponsored mentions
Sponsors pay for the reach we report, measured as viewable impressions. Refunds are given for reach we failed to deliver. Members are paid their share as described on the sponsor page at the time of the campaign.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.
